Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies

A new, accelerated inter-disciplinary 2-year degree completion program for adult students, the Leadership Studies major will be offered at the Naperville campus beginning 2010. 

This course-based  major is for graduates of community colleges who have an Associates’ degree and who seek broad interdisciplinary study that includes project management, leadership models, communication, organizational change, ethics, human interaction, conflict management and negotiation, among others.  

This major combines courses from the Department of Psychology, the College of Communication , and the School for New Learning, which will offer the majority of courses, including a unique series of Adult Learning Seminars.  Students attend class only 1 night each week, taking the rest of their coursework online.  Check back for more information.
